DU Hosting Off-Campus Housing Fair
The University of Denver’s Campus Life and Inclusive Excellence is partnering with the office of Housing and Residential Education to host an off-campus housing fair. The event will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on the Driscoll Bridge.
This is the second year an off-campus housing fair has been hosted for students. It provides them an opportunity to explore rental options, see a list of available properties and floor plans, and receive housing tips.
The fair will be followed by a Tenants Rights Workshop from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the Anderson Academic Commons, Room 290. This free workshop will cover landlord/tenant’s rights and issues related to common lease types, rent increases, Amendment 64, evictions and more. In addition to students, faculty and staff, members of the community are welcome to attend. Although the event is free, anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP by clicking here.
